General meetings of the association take place on the second Tuesday of the odd months of the year (January, March, May, July, September, November) at 7PM. The meeting location for 2012 has not yet been set.
The Board meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m., at Madhatters Tea House and Café, 320 Beauregard Street (at South Alamo).
The Association’s Annual Meeting coincides with the January general membership meeting. Among other business conducted at the Annual Meeting, the Board is elected.
