In preparation for our July 12 General Meeting & Code Compliance Workshop, neighbors are encouraged to submit their opinions on which violations of code in the neighborhood are the most serious. Please download this form and follow the instructions on it, or submit your complaint(s) by email to lavaca@donagher.org. Submission deadline is July 1st for this first round; please limit your submissions to no more than six. If submitting by email, please be sure to include the following information:- Your name
- Your street name
- Address of complaint
- Description of complaint
- Photos (if you have them)
