Funding Extended for Free Neutering of Feral Cats in Lavaca

The Cannoli Fund

Today, the The Cannoli Fund for Dogs and Cats announced that funding would be extended for its program to fund spay/neuter surgeries for feral cats in Lavaca and King William. The announcement posted to its Facebook page reads:

Since April, 4,000 cats in San Antonio have been spayed/neutered for free, thanks to a grant from PetsMart Charities and the Best Friends Animal Society! The Cannoli Fund’s “cat carpool program” has accounted for over 30 of those surgeries for cats from King William and Lavaca. Best news is, the funding will continue for another year so more kitties can be taken care of! Hooray!
