National Night Out Block Party

The Lavaca Neighborhood Association is sponsoring a National Night Out Block Party on Tuesday, October 4th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Callaghan Avenue at Eager Street, right behind the school administration building.

• Live Music: San Antonio band A.L.E. will be playing great covers
• Street Fair Food: hot dogs, snow cones, popcorn and nachos
• Beer Tasting: compare three great beers, brewed right here in Lavaca by champion brewer Dwight Mulcahy
• Fun For Kids: face painting, chalk art, and a hula hoop contest
