HemisFair Park makeover could begin with streets

Benjamin Olivo, at MySA’s Downtown Blog writes about HemisFair Park redevelopment:

“. . . The city has set aside almost $17 million, and Durango Boulevard and Alamo Street just waiting to be reinvented from “Frogger”-like thoroughfares to kinder, gentler, pedestrian-friendly streets. Or, the way the plan puts it — “humanizing” those streets . . .”
